Join me for a weekend deep dive from the surface layers to the inner, an awakening of The Self and an opportunity to learn more about your subtle body and the tools you have within to move throughout the world with grace and ease.
This day retreat will be an unravelling, unweaving the outer layers and the focus we have build on the surface and external world to understand more about the inner world we were born with. We will do this through deep diving into the yogic practices that help reveal you - beyond a physical yoga practice (but with some of that included too).
As we dive through the Koshas with physical and mental practices you will explore what cannot be obtained from outside of you. We’ll learn why the layers within will always remain untouched from the outside world, how that can help you navigating the world and how you can build awareness of that which lies deep within.
This weekend retreat will offer a combination of movement and stillness and a nourishing lunch, fuel for the mind, body and soul.
We will not only chat, think, move and be still - but will take the time to write and put thoughts, observations and ah-ha moments on paper, reminders for future you to take home.
