Experience an energizing yoga practice floating in our floating yoga studio surrounded completely by nature, listening to the sounds of the ocean and moving with the ebb and flow of your board. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is lighthearted, fun and suitable for all levels of practice. No experience is necessary just a willingness to get a little wet and enjoy your surroundings. 

Cost: $35 including board hire, $20 BYO board. 

 

Yang & Yin Yoga

Enjoy a strong & sweaty vinyasa flow finishing with long, slow & deep yin yoga. This class provides a cardiovascular workout, strengthens the muscles and relaxes and releases any tension, finishing with a beautiful relaxation that will reset you ready for the rest of the week ahead.

Vinyasa Flow

Saturdays 8.00-9.00 am

Location: Noosa Flow, 14/203 Gympie Terrace Noosaville

 

Enjoy this light-hearted, fun and upbeat yoga class to the sounds of the birds, the sea &  some great beats. This is a dynamic class that synchronises movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses. Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.

Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm

Location: Noosa Flow, 14/203 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville

 

Yin Flow is a slow-paced and calming class. Poses are held for longer periods of time with a focus on floor-based postures. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (fascia) to help improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body and in turn your mind.

Beach Vinyasa

Available for group / private bookings on the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast in Queensland. 

 

Enjoy this light-hearted, fun and upbeat yoga class on the soft sand overlooking the ocean. There is no better yoga studio than the beach, with views that are unrivalled and fresh sea air to breathe. Vinyasa refers to the movement of the body in yoga asanas in time with the breath.
