LJ ACTIVE LIVING PROGRAM

I created this 3 week yoga stretch program for the Lorna Jane Active Living Program which steps you through three yoga classes that gradually build and can be done individually or together. Use them to build your yoga foundations ready for a studio class or simply to move at home. Each video is between 20-30 minutes and suitable for beginners to intermediate.

Week 1

A yoga stretch class aimed at creating space for the Lorna Jane Active Living Program. This 30 minute flow will help you create space in the body and the mind using the breath and simple flowing movements.

This yoga class is suitable for all levels, and remember - the more you practice the more confident you will feel in the yoga postures.

Week 2

A yoga stretch focusing on activating and using the legs - getting a little burn as well as a deep stretch.

Let's look after the foundation of our body and get it moving!

Suitable for all levels of practice.

Week 3

A practice centred around twists and moving around on your mat, incorporating the other practices in this series and adding extra challenges if you are ready to take your practice to the next level.

This practice is suitable for all levels of yoga experience!
