This Community has been created to both empower you to create a practice wherever and whenever you can, and to increase your understanding on the ‘why’ you are doing what you are doing. Each class has been created with an option to read or understand more - whether that is about the technique, why it is practiced and what it’s benefits are or a posture that has been named after a myth or a sage you will be able to do more than simply practice - or keep it simple and simply practice if you wish.
It is an honour and a pleasure to be able to offer you this content, online, wherever you find yourself in the world.

They won’t always be easy, but they will be accessible. Allow the options given in practices to take you to the next level of your own physical understanding and embodiment OR choose the practices that allow you to simply be as you are in that day.
The classes can be filtered by beginner, soft, strong, short, long - you choose what you need and what you’re inspired by.

Whilst there’s no right or wrong when it comes to implementing yoga philosophy into daily life, there is inspiration and learning that can be curated through more than just your physical practice.
Learning how to do Childs pose or downward facing dog may help you to feel more comfortable in your physical body, but it won’t necessarily change how you interact with others or the world during challenging times.
This space will allow you to lean into philosophy and how you can bring what you experience on your mat (bliss, openness, lightness, changing energy) into daily life.
