Whilst this is the foundation with which we aim to move you from, in this online space we expand on the physicality of a yoga practice and integrate it with philosophy, the mind, emotional wellbeing and life.
This is a space for you to move, breathe, meditate, connect and drive your own expansion one moment, one practice at a time.
This Yoga & Wellness studio empowers you to create a practice wherever and whenever you can, and to increase your understanding on the ‘why’ you are doing what you are doing.
Each class has been created with an option to read or understand more - whether that is about the technique, why it is practiced and what it’s benefits are or a posture that has been named after a myth or the way you can take the lesson of your mat and into life.

Download your app, take your practices in the car, on public transport, on holidays and for long walks. Whether you’re practicing at home on a yoga mat or on the go - there are practices you can take with you in every moment in life. There are gentle flows for beginners, strong and long flows for those who want more and everything in between for all bodies and people to benefit.

Join as a beginner & learn
I believe in ensuring that my students know the why, and the greater picture of how practice fits into life and living. As a beginner you’ll get access to gentle practices, floor based flows, asana explorations to learn about common postures you might practice and how you can make them your own.
Practices for every season of life.
Want to move your physical body? Try a vinyasa or hatha flow. Want a little more stillness and space? Choose a meditation, nidra or yin yoga. School holidays? Try some kids yoga classes. Pregnant or post partum? Choose a strengthening, stabilising pre or post natal flow. Injury? Try a no hands flow, a gentle stretch or a philosophy discussion to learn.
There truly is something for EVERYONE in here.

Whilst there’s no right or wrong when it comes to implementing yoga philosophy into daily life, there is inspiration and learning that can be curated through more than just your physical practice.
Learning how to do Childs pose or downward facing dog may help you to feel more comfortable in your physical body, but it won’t necessarily change how you interact with others or the world during challenging times.
This space will allow you to lean into philosophy and how you can bring what you experience on your mat (bliss, openness, lightness, changing energy) into daily life.
