All levels - This vinyasa flow style practice is all about extending and strengthening the side body, it’s flexibility is important as is it’s stability. Expect holds, side planks and a bit of spice to get your body moving in a short and precise practice.

 

22 Minutes - Short & Spicy Hello Hamstrings

All levels - Expect a short and very spicy hamstring activation, the kind that builds strength and power through the muscles that get stretched a lot in yoga postures. This one had my hamstrings sore for days in the best possible way!

 

10 Minutes - Sun Salutation A

All levels - The easiest way to warm the body, and get your blood pumping with the breath: Sun Salutations! Get up, and let’s get moving.

 

23 Minutes - Spicy Flow for Arms

All levels - This short and spicy flow will get your arms moving, energy shifting and remind you of your strength.

 

25 Minutes - Dragon Flow For Hips

All levels - Get warm and bring some heat and fire to your hips with this flowing and opening practice.


20 Minutes -Abs Warm Up Flow

All levels - A chance to build some heat using the abdominals and strength to support your asana practice and daily life.
