25 Minutes - Upper Body Release Flow

All levels - A gentle practice to help release tension around the neck, upper back and shoulders. For all levels and especially for those who spend a lot of time sitting, leaning or reaching forward.

 

25 Minutes - Gentle Flowing Like Bamboo

All levels - A gentle, moving practice to find the stability and flexibility of bamboo and the wood element within you. A Vinyasa practice for all to lengthen and lean into your own adaptability.

 

26 Minutes - Legs Fluidity Vinyasa Flow

All levels - A gentle practice to get the legs moving fluidly through a vinyasa yoga practice. Expect to move your legs in all directions with fluid breath and wave like movements.


25 Minutes - Upper Body Vinyasa Flow

All levels - A vinyasa flow practice with a focus on the upper body, moving the upper chest, spine and arms in all directions to release and renew.

 

20 Minutes - Happy Hips Mobility Flow

All levels - a flow to help you create space and mobility around the pelvis, thighs and spine.
