An online yoga studio where you get access to over 135 practices to guide you through the philosophy and practical tools of yoga (movement, breath, mind).

Each offering is expertly curated to help you to not only practice but to understand the ‘why’ behind what you are practicing.

As part of your ongoing membership a new practice is uploaded each week, you can expect:

  • Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow & Power Yoga Practices of all lengths from 20- 60 minutes in length

  • Philosophy discussions that. you can take with you on the move or sit down and reflect on, about yoga mythology, morals and ethics and other important yogic topics

  • Asana (posture) breakdowns so that you can learn more about the anatomy and options for your own at home practice

  • Forums where you can make requests, ask questions and get your questions answered about yoga, literally any questions!

  • Kids Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga & other styles of yoga included for all phases and stages of life

  • Guided and un-guided meditations, pranayama practices and explanation videos and yoga Nidras.
