This 60 minute practice is an exploration not only of the asana shape or posture that is called Eka Pada Koundinyasa (and it’s two variations A & B) but an exploration of the enegertics and the myth behind the practice.
You can choose to practice the 60 minute class on it’s own, or listen to the story of the Sage Koundinya and Siddhartha (who became the Buddha) and how you can embody Koundinya’s story and it’s lessons on your mat and in life.
