Ganesha’s Story

& Practice

He is the son of Parvati, often depicted as a jovial character but he also represents strength and is often spoken about as the remover of obstacles.

Ganesha, and this practice, asks us to consider whether our obstacles are self-imposed AND whether we can find ways around or through those obstacles as they appear.

This Hatha practice is steadying, grounding and strengthening for all levels of practice.
