Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Welcome to my floating yoga studio...
Stand up paddle board, or SUP, yoga is a challenging and fun way to practice yoga completely surrounded by nature.
Testing your balance and strength this practice is a great way to test not only your breath and body but also your mind.
Anchored on the Noosa River, our class begins with gentle movements to get used to the feeling of the board as our yoga mat and the water beneath us. Progressing through the class our practice will slowly build, as you build confidence and will finish with a floating savasana letting the cool, blue sea wash the world away.
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class, as we provide an overview of how to use the equipment and SUP prior to getting on the water, all you need is a willingness to jump out of your comfort zone and into the deep blue sea.
