If you have begun the practice of yoga, are intrigued and wanting a deeper understanding of the philosophy and steps behind yoga or simply want a great excuse to getaway, practice yoga all weekend, eat well and learn something new then read on...

Thank you Kat for an amazing retreat! Everything about the retreat exceeded my expectations, from the accommodation to the food to the incredible gift box on arrival. Kat is an incredibly inspiring teacher with an amazingly kind, friendly and peaceful manner which flowed through the whole retreat. I found the Byron Bay retreat to be a truly magical experience, as it enabled me to reflect and achieve some much needed stillness and balance. I came away from the retreat with an incredible sense of wellbeing, and I felt rejuvenated, relaxed and more connected to my body and spirit. I was also incredibly impressed by the generosity of spirit, meticulous planning and incredible attention to detail that obviously went into ensuring every facet of the retreat ran perfectly smoothly.

Yin & Yang are terms that we often hear about but what exactly does it mean for us in our daily lives, routines and practices?

This retreat will explore more than just asana practice, providing you with a greater understanding of the other 7 limbs that make up yoga as a practice to help you find your yin and yang union in your mind, body and soul.

In our lives we are faced with a plethora of choices, what to do today, how to eat, how to move and in each one of these choices we should always aim to balance the yin and the yang. We know that a healthy mind is as good as a healthy body and the values, choices and ways we think about ourselves and the pathway that we move in our life can impact our ability to live a life full of happiness, abundance and health.

In this retreat I will to support you to find your best pathway and how you can implement the practices of yoga in your daily routine without minimal effort. I will provide you with the opportunity to stop, to listen to what you need and to find some space to make it happen in your life. We aim to provoke thought, to open your mind and to support you to find the answers that only you know you need.

Our physical and mental practice will be made up of fun, playful vinyasa yoga, deep, juicy and slow yin yoga and mindfulness and meditation workshops all created to give you a greater understanding of the practice of yoga and how it can fit within your life.
